Telephone Prescription Reorder Service



Our automated refill system gives you immediate 24-hour access to order your prescriptions.  It's the quick, easy way to order your refills.

Simply follow the directions below.

1.  Call our store and the automated Refill Telemanager  (RTM) system guides you through the refill process

2.  If you have a touch tone telephone, press 1 to request a prescription (Rx) refill.

3.  Enter the Rx number to be refilled.

4.  The RTM repeats the Rx number; press 1 to verify the number.

5.  To refill another Rx, press 1; if you do not have any more refills, press 2.

6.  Enter your phone number in case a pharmacy employee has a question regarding your order.

7.  Press 1 if you want to leave additional information; press 2 if you don't have additional information.

8.  RTM will inform you of the time the pharmacy expects to complete your refill order.

9.  Press 1, if you choose to pick up your Rx; press 2 if you want your prescriptions to be delivered.
